"SAM Camp" is held on the Kitsap Peninsula of Washington State near Bremerton in a serene 120 acre wooded setting with cabins, lodges and outdoor recreation areas.

​The site includes a lake with canoeing, kayaking, and a floating dock for swimming.
​Wooded hiking trails go around the lake.

​ There are places that invite writing and composition.
