Registration for Summer Acoustic Music in the Pines
August 27 - September 1 2023
The registration fee for this year’s camp is $590, which includes housing, bedding, and all meals. We do not make provisions for partial stays at SAM, and there is an additional charge if you desire a private room as a solo registrant or as a couple. Note that we cannot guarantee that private rooms will be available – we won’t know about that until we’ve completed registration.
We conduct our registration on the Internet, using a using a website service called Ultracamp. It’s first come, first served, and 80 registration slots will be made available on the 25th.
Our recent (post-pandemic) experience with registration is that the camp fills up very quickly, so it’s best to act promptly once registration opens. We’ll open a waiting list should all the available openings be filled.

You’ll be guided through the registration process once you log in to Ultracamp. During the registration process, you’ll be able to pay your registration fee using a credit card (preferred) or with a check. Your registration fee must be fully paid in US funds before you come to camp unless prior arrangements are made with us. (At camp we want to focus on music, not financial transactions!)
